Initiate Your Request
Log into your Mr.PianiK account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return ID.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
